Wins International Award – Again!
E-Blocks
continues making history, as it receives yet another
international award. This time it’s the BESSIE
- the 12th ANNUAL BEST EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE AWARD,
from the The ComputED Gazette in San Diego, California.
The category is Early Elementary / EFL.

in the United Kingdom
The first lot of E-Blocks has just been sent
to
the United Kingdom. The company AVP, which distributes
to markets in the United Kingdom and Ireland, is
enthusiastic about E-Blocks’s sales potential,
and considers its quality and innovation to be among
its distinguishing features.

E-Blocks
at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair
The
largest international event in Europe for children’s
publications and products took place in Bologna,
Italy March 27th – 30th. E-Blocks received
visitors from all over in booth A6 on Pavilion 42.
A classroom demonstration was also given on March
27th, where dozens participated in a hands-on practice
class. Renowned specialists Roberta Stock (PhD),
a
Content Consultant, and Alex
Paiva, the Development Team Manager for E-Blocks,
presented the class. |
E-Blocks
at International TESOL – Tampa/FL
E-Blocks
was featured once again at the leading international
event for teachers, schools and ESL publishing
companies: International TESOL (www.tesol.org)
– Teachers of English to Speakers of Other
Languages -- held in Tampa, Florida, from March
15th to 18th, at ALTA BOOK CENTER Publishers´
booth (www.altaesl.com), the largest source of
ESL books and materials in the world. As in the
two previous years, E-Blocks was recognized for
its interactive features. Wordsmith Levels 2 and
3 were demonstrated at the event and will be officially
launched at the beginning of May. |

Efficiency
In
an independent assessment study conducted by Educational
Support Systems (ESS), from San Mateo, California,
E-Blocks showed great results as an auxiliary
tool for children in California.
