“I´d like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards the E-Blocks program. The three ELD 1 students have made significant progress by using more words/vocabulary learned. They have excellent letter/sound knowledge which allows them to write simple sentences phonetically. I highly recommend the program for non-speaking English students.”

"Our school is getting great results with the E-Blocks tables, because the students have been paying more attention on the pronunciation of the words in English and are completing the activities easily. "

“My students think E-Blocks is a fabulous product, and we can hardly wait until the other levels are available”.

The new activities that I could introduce, in the early grades of our Elementary School, through the E-Blocks tables, are being successfully done by the students that intensively participate of the classes and are always relating the pronunciation of the words in English with the pictures and the written words".

I work the E-Blocks system in one of our learning centers at Fair Avenue. Fair Avenue’s student population is about 1,500 students from mostly low income Latino immigrants. Three to four times per week, the kindergarten and first grade teachers pull out their most difficult to teach students to work with me on E-Blocks for 30 minutes each.

I also serve newcomers from primarily Latin American countries. Despite their grade levels of 2nd to 5th, these students have a reading level of 0 to 1 and little working knowledge of English. These students come to work with E-Blocks in order to help learn phonics and initial literacy exposure. Not only do they enjoy the interactive feel of E-Blocks, but also their self-esteem is higher because they see their improvement in English. The results have been remarkable.

The teachers and parents of these children are very pleased with the progress. E-Blocks is definitely making an improvement in the English education of our students at Fair Avenue and I would not hesitate to recommend it to other teachers of English.
